PTO/PTA
As much as we love staging a Run Drugs Out of Town Run in any community for the good it does, the awareness and the money it raises are nothing compared to seeing a whole school participating as a team. We know that schools have certain restrictions when dealing with outside programs. We also know that schools are short on time and funds. This is why we find it best to deal with the PTO/PTA which has the time and energy to help a school to stage The Run. Doing so is a simple process and we provide support along the way so that you will succeed in raising awareness and funds for drug abuse prevention. When it comes to drug abuse prevention our program aims to empower kids with the tools to make better choices and shows them that they are capable of success. Simply follow the links to see how easy it is, how much money you can raise and how much your children will learn. If you follow the program you will see how easy it is to raise $10,000, $20,000 or even $50,000. We have also set it up so that you can stage The Run at a price that any school can afford. We have different awards to give to students starting with a ribbon that we can provide at only 25¢ per runner. That means that at a school with 600 students the cost of the program can be as little as $200. As the students start raising money they can more up to bigger and better awards. We can provide a pin for $1/runner, a medal for $3/runner and T-shirt and medal for $10/runner. As long as you can place your order two weeks prior to your event we can have any of these delivered to your school on time. With the T-shirts we can offer up to 50 different colors so you can choose a different one for each classroom or grade, you can have pink for girls and blue for boy or you can have one color for the whole school. Click here You also get to put whatever you choose on the backs of the shirts in one color. This can be your motto, mascot or logos of sponsors. Or you can be creative and make up something new.
