2. ADHD Drugs Linked to Deaths
Recent reports reveal at least 25 deaths and 54 serious heart
problems in people taking attention deficit disorder drugs during a
four-year period. Many of these were children. Despite well-documented

3. Cigarette Sales Lowest Since 1951
Both individual and per-capita smoking rates in the U.S. have
declined to levels not seen in many decades.
The number of cigarettes sold in the U.S. last year -- 378 billion --
was the lowest since 1951, when the population was half what it is
today.
